Home Sweet Home

Tuesday 23rd June

We've come half way round the world, into a completely different culture but the people of Thailand have made the extra special effort to make us feel at home

sadly there was no replacement bus, but we did find a cheery taxi driver and a bottle of water called "cheery" which is distilled by a process of "reverse osmosis" which doesnt sounds very cheery. We made it to the coach station safe and sound and were on our way to Kanchanaburi, where we were hassled into some "saamlaw" (rickshaw) which has a seat designed for two thai bottoms - not ours.

[VIDEO WILL COME ONE DAY... ]

Luckily the place that we were pretty much forced into is really wonderful ... picture to follow, camera is out of battery.

CNC AND CAL (not fallen out yet)

Hope all is well and we are just panicking for no reason at all!
    Panicking? Who?
Well, nobody is admitting but to hear how wonderful time you are having or even not so wonderful would be better than just guessing.
All is fine here apart from that there is a big sad news that has spread across continents though. King of Pop has died age 50. And although we didn't book the tickets believing that concert will never happen anyway we didn't expect that it will be for this very sad reason. 50 is too young for someone to day. i wonderif and how did you hear the news.
